 World’s first computer ENIAC (Electronic Numerical Integrator and Computer) was build in 1946 and it was so big that it was installed in whole building. Surprisingly adding the voice welcome note in your windows operating system is very easy. Just open Notepad and enter the following Visual Basic code in it.
